problem with malaware virus everything

Hi all this is my first time visiting this site,sorry my english writing is not good,i hope you all understand i live in amsterdam
ok i havee big problem this thing giving me problem since last year it is somethin that popups wit some weird letters after you closed it it reboot my pc,buy now i have e bigger problem that came also,i have now the wintems.exe,plus,somthing that popsup with this AUTHORITY SYSTEM it give me one minnut than it reboots my pc help me to reapiar and delete this nmalaware of viruses the first one desables all my ant virus and malaware programs help me im getting crazy thank you vrry much
