blue screen then "other people are logged in..." message

Unread postby terri » February 3rd, 2010, 2:46 pm

I boot the laptop up, get the login screen. I can enter my username and password. The laptop starts loading windows then just sits at blank blue screen until I press the power button. I then receive a message that says: "Other people are logged on to this computer. Shutting down Windows might cause them to lose data. Do you still want to continue shutting down?" If I click No nothing happens. If I click yes, the computer then logs me in and pulls up windows and works fine. I have attached my hijack this log. Can you tell me if there is something suspicious running?

I am on a Dell Latitude E6500 and logging into a network domain. I am using Windows XP SP3
