I have two problems which are probably easily solved.

1. Each file I post creates a duplicate which someone there has to archive. I have no idea why. Any help?

2. When I get to the bottom of the message window which happens immediately when I enter the required info files the message I type to describe the problem disappears as the elevator rises of its own accord. Is there a way to hold the window open so that I can see what I type as I can now when the window is empty?
