My computer is running slowly and my itunes arent working

Recently I had a bout with Antivirus Live,. and I removed it with mbam, but but computer is running slowly after it, and my internet explorer and itunes aren't connecting to the internet anymore. I was wondering if anyone here could help.

  • Click on Open the Misc Tools section button.
  • Click on Misc Tools tab.

IMPORTANT: I notice there are signs of one or more P2P (Peer to Peer) File Sharing Programs on your computer.

  • It's not a good idea to have them.
  • You will be sharing files from uncertified sources, and these are often infected. The bad guys use P2P filesharing as a major conduit to spread their wares.
  • Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the P2P program(s) listed above and any other P2P programs.
  • If you do not wish to remove your P2P programs, don't proceed with the next instruction and please tell me to close this topic.


Next,
MGADiag.
Please download from HERE and save to the desktop.
  • Double click on MGADiag.exe to run it.
  • Click Continue.
  • The program will run. It takes a while to finish the diagnosis, please be patient.
  • Once done, click on Copy.
  • Open Notepad and paste the contents in. Save this file MGADiag.txt and post it in your next reply.


Next,

Please download from HERE and save to the desktop.
Note: If you are using Vista, right click and choose Run as Administrator.
  • Double click on CKScanner.exe to run it and click Search For Files.
  • After a very short time, when the cursor hourglass disappears, click Save List To File.
  • A message box will verify the file saved.
  • Double-click the CKFiles.txt icon on your desktop and copy/paste the contents in your next reply.


Next,

Please download from HERE and save to the desktop.
  • Double-click on RSIT.exe to run the tool.
  • Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
  • Once it finishes, two logs will open.
    • log.txt will be opened maximized
    • info.txt will be opened minimized
  • Please post the contents of both logs in your next post.
