Canadian Pharmacy spam flood

Unread postby dwats » December 15th, 2009, 8:41 pm

Windows Vista Home Prem, SP2, 32 bit, amd athlon 64 x2 processor, no error messages, no other messages. Mailwasher Pro 6.5.3 e-mail filter intercepts and black lists all those "Canadian Pharmacy" E-Mail messages but they just keep on coming. Is there a "cookie" or "cookies" hiding on my hard drive? I've purged all the cookies without stopping this spam. Do they have another means of automatically detecting my computer? What will delete them from the server before they ever get to my computer?

Hi,

Your log looks clean. Most likely your email address has ended up in spam list and that's why you're getting those messages. It's nothing uncommon on these days.
