Do i have malware or bad HD or both???

I have used the following programs before discovering Hijack This and making this report:
Regcure
Regtool
TuneUp Utilities

I am new to p2p and have discovered its pitfalls . I have spent the last 2 weeks in forums trying to gain a little education. I have suceeded in making my torrents in my utorrent manager read error:cant open file(most were near completion), getting an error code in IE http: 500, finding many locked files?, and several malware encounters(ex. hijack, password something-)

Symptoms of my PC:

Hard drive runs countinuously after startup and the shuts off unless i start to use, then it runs intermediatly random.

IE the last 2 days has been freezing up\ not responding
