Cannot remove mark_32.dll

Hello,

I'm not sure if mark_32.dll is a trojan or malware but it looks like it's always getting removed. So far I've tried SuperAntiSpyware and MalwareByte's but no luck.

I searched my computer for the mark_32.dll file and it's not found.
I cannot get rid of this line: O18 - Filter hijack: text/html - {65a76deb-868f-46c4-8d87-8fa1261e01eb} - C:\WINNT\mark_32.dll

I must be overlooking something in my Hijack scan. Thanks for any help.
