I'm working on a friends computer that has been having issues with it. He's downloads alot and i think something got into his registy because I am unable to install Malwarebytes in either normal or safe mode. I keep getting the error about "userappda" Along with this his computer sometimes won't boot up correctly and will go into a weird fix it mode for some reason the it goes to BSoD with the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Although I haven't seen that yet because I've been trying to fix this. I want to know if their somehow all related. Here is the log I just ran on his computer while in safe mode.

I see from your HJT log that you're using a 64 bit operating system.

Unfortunately, the tools we use to analyze and remove infections do not work properly on a 64 bit operating system, and their results cannot be relied upon. Because of this, it is almost impossible for us to correctly diagnose problems, and the fixes we might offer could potentially do as much damage to your computer as any infection you might have.
