dial up connection disconnecting automatically, cant redial

i'm using VPN connection. imy connection is atomatically disconnecting and i cant redial.
i tried to reconnect after the log off . but i failed.
Only, after i restart only, i can dial my connection.
My error is: "modem is busy and used by some other resources".
I'm sure that its because of some virus or malware.
i dont know how to check which affected my diai up connection and dont release the resource and i wanna clear that.

i just like to get of this problem as soon as possible,as i cant download any file .
