Hello, I am receiving an error message that says corrupt media codecs and update your codecs. Their is a red icon with a white x on the right hand corner of the screen. When I click on this icon It took me to a web site called Wincodecpro now when I click on the icon It goes to a site that says secure ultrapay. I sent my scanned log file in but I haven't received any advice. Thanks for your help. I do not have any sound and my screen changes by Itself.
