Security Center / security tool infection

was infected two days ago with this virus. I've been told that the on program that can eliminate it is Malwarebytes, which I already had installed. However, the virus would not let me open the program. I contacted the support at Malwarebytes, but everything they have suggested has not worked. Mainly they've just asked for logs and mst of the programs they want me to run to obtain these logs are...again inefective.

Would very much appreciate any and all help on this.
