SillyDl DIC please help :( EDIT: FIXED

Hi i recently seem to have gotten this spyware, help me please! i can't remove it with CA anti spyware it keeps coming back!!!

SWEET JESUS! I think i fixed it.

for future reference, i used Malwarebytes anti-malware AND SUPERanti-spyware, both amazing programms i cant find the silly DI DIC anymore, thank you anyways ! will post again if it comes back !
