Privacy Center Malware - Please help

Hi, I'm having problems with what seems to be a bogus Security Center for Windows XP and Privacy Center. There are messages for 66 infections 24 trojans and many other viruses. The system keeps propmting me to purchase new antivirus software (not Trend Micro). I have run my Trend Micro Antivirus many times but nothing shows up. I looked on the internet for an answer and foundpartrologic antivirus and pc tools that dealt with adware and malware Privacy Center for free but in the end they are trying to sell their antivirus software (I did not buy). This seems to happen often too me and I'm trying to get rid of once and for all - please help. I would also appreciate any advice on how to minimize this type of attack in the future.

My name is peku006 and I will be helping you to remove any infection(s) that you may have.

ComboFix SHOULD NOT be used unless requested by a forum helper

Ensure you have disabled all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
