Hello, I have double clicked by mistake on a virus that is disguised as a folder on a USB. The folder's name was Assignment.exe as soon sa I double clicked the systray's icons somehow disappeared. My ESET NOD32 anti virus is still active but cannot find it. I used Windows Malicious Removal to scan and used Malware Bytes but both couldn't find it. I believe I am infected and need to clean it.

Anythere can support me on that please? so I can maintain a clean system?

Appreciate your feedback on that. Thank you experts.

Although you did not post the required HijackThis log this time, we have noted that in the past you have posted your log at this site, in fact you have done so on multiple occasions. However, you have never once responded to the replies you have received. Therefore, we can only presume that for some reason an online help forum is not the best option in your particular case. We would therefore suggest that you take your computer into a trusted local shop and have it repaired there.
