VirusDoctor Help

Upon Firefox updating earlier this week, my computer became infected with the Virus Doctor Malware. My work computer had a similar problem earlier this year and I was able to manually uninstall it relatively easily. However none of the infected files listed on many of the support or tech threads on various websites to delete or remove are actually on my computer. I have searched for hours without finding a single one listed. I have also scanned with McAfee, AdAware, and Malwarebytes and turned up with nothing. When the Virus Doctor popup appears and I right click on it in the applications menu to go to the process it is associated with it directs me to the firefix.exe process. Here is my Hiack log.

Vista Advice:

All applications I ask to be used will require to be run in Administrator mode. IE: Right click on and select Run as Administrator.

The Operating System(Vista aka Windows 6) in use comes with a inbuilt utility called User Access Control(UAC) when prompted by this with anything I ask you to do carry out please select the option Allow.

If you are on the "scan & fix stuff" page... Press the "Main Menu"...button.

• From the Main Menu...Press the "Open the Misc Tools"...button.
• Press the "Open Uninstall Manager... button.
• Press only the Save List...button.

  The file "uninstall_list.txt" will be saved in your HJT folder.
