malware shutting down my anti malware

Combofix, to hijack this to malware bytes all get shut down even superspyware I run and get invalid file path. I have removed the program restarted in safe mode and run the programs and get the same thing. I just loaded spyware doctor and it seems to be running. I don't know if it will run through. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I ran AVG and let it run, I finaly emptied out the valut and then super anti spyware started. I am letting it run its cycle and hope this cleans it enough to let the other apps run. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Due to adding on to your topic with your second post it is highly unlikely that you would have received a response. Our helpers are looking for topics with zero responses.
