I used SuperAntiSpyware to remove elements of Windows Police Pro anti spyware malware. Now I get a Rundll error during startup that says "Error loading tapi.nfo".

Also my Malwarebytes and SuperAntispyware will not run now, not even in safe mode.

Please tell me how to fix this.

OK, please disregard this post. I ran the Combofix file suggested in the previous post by mughalj. It seems to have solved BOTH of my problems. Thanks anyway!
