2 Recurring Registry Data Infections that Malware can't fix?

(My OS is Windows XP SP2)

Two days ago, I opened a webpage and an AVG window opened to warn me of infections. Before 20 seconds was up, I had six such warnings and I shut down my system. When I rebooted, I ran AVG (which found nothing) and went back online only to find my browser (Firefox 3.0.13) was incredibly slow. I rebooted and got a blue screen flicker before my system rebooted itself. After several more blue screens, I was able to get an email out to some friends who pointed me to Malware. I ran the program and deleted several items listed. I rebooted and ran Malware (1.40) again to find two infections. I ran Malware again and when I rebooted this morning they were still there.

I don't know if these items are Windows or not but my browser still seems to be slower than before I opened that webpage. I then found your site and loaded Hikackthis (2.0.2).

1. IMPORTANT I notice there are signs of one or more P2P (Peer to Peer) File Sharing Programs on your computer.

I'd like you to read the MRU policy for P2P Programs.

Please go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the programs listed above (in red).

2. Make an uninstall list using HijackThis
To access the Uninstall Manager you would do the following:

• Start HijackThis
• Click on the Config button
• Click on the Misc Tools button
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.
• Click on the Save list... button and specify where you would like to save this file. When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file. Save the file to your desktop.
