help, blue screen popping up

A blue screen will appear saying,

"Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

Run the driver verifier against any new (or suspect) drives. If that doesn't reveal the corrupting driver, try enabling special pool. Both of these features are intended to catch the corruption at an earlier point where the offending driver can be identified..."

It goes on about if the problem persists, boot up in safemode, etc. It's popping up more frequently with each time I have to reboot.

Hi cap,
There is no sign that your issue is related to malware.
I think you should go to one of these Hardware/System forums for help.
This forum is very specialized, and not necesaarily experienced in troubleshooting system problems.

As an "aside" piece of information, Norton Antivirus has had very serious trouble with the last set of Windows Updates.
I don't know if that could be causing your problem, but you should check their website for information.
