So earlier I posted and left some of the log off (sorry,) but I double checked this time and this is the whole thing. The main symptom I am experiencing is my explorer keeps crashing when I view certain folders. It seems specific to folders containing media files, although I can't say exclusively. The only other symptoms I've had is one error with my doctor watson debugger (drwtsn32.exe) and the clock in my task bar has changed itself to army time a few times. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Ok I did some more research and I found that it is just a glitch with windows/explorer. I had to change the way I viewed the media files in the folder to "icon" view and the folders are no longer crashing. Apparently it's a bug that has never really been fixed. Sorry to anyone who wasted their time looking at my log. Feel free to archive/delete this post. Thanks.
