Having trouble with Doctor Watson

Hello,

Apparently I'm having trouble with Dr. Watson. I am consistently having my windows explorer crash when visiting certain folders, specifically those with media in them. Also my clock keeps switching to army time. At one point I got an error saying something to the affect of Doctor Watson Debugging error. Since then I have noticed multiple instances of drwtsn32.exe running at once. I'm assuming I infected myself when I went to install some freeware off of cnet (who are usually good about stuff like that) for converting video to 3gp/mp4 for my new phone. When I went to install the software it wanted to also install something called "dealio." I backed out of the install, but I'm pretty sure that's where the problem came from as I haven't downloaded anything else lately. Here is my HJT log:

In order for someone to analyze your HijackThis log, you must post the entire log, first line through last. The log you have posted has the entire header missing, which includes important information about your computer. You will need to provide us with a complete HijackThis log before we can help you.
