Many Problems with iTunes

Well basically i tried to open my iTunes today and it said i had many trojans so i couldn't open. I tried to reinstall but it said i couldn't because of the trojans (i was getting many pop-ups from my AVG). Anyways, heres my HijackThis Log, thank you for helping me.
