My HIghJack Log I know I have personal AV

Hello I have personal AV and I know because it wont leave my desktop and I cant find it in add/remove programs. Also it wont let me run malwarebytes. I have already ran Avira like times and it still wont let me run malware at all I have provided my HighJack list. Please help!!!hijackthis1.txt
