Trojan.CryptRedol.Gen.2 and others; BitDefender can't help

Unread postby elizabethc » July 23rd, 2009, 11:08 pm

I've been fighting this trojan for 3 days now and matters have only gotten worse. It has affected registry, lots of errors upon boot, Outlook IE, FF, browser redirects, slow computer. So far, several AV programs can detect this trojan (as well as a few others), but hasn't been able to remove them.

Read some recent posts here about this trojan and have performed a few scans... just need someone willing to work with me. Scans so far: AVIS, GMER, Ad-Aware, Kaspersky. Haven't yet run HijackThis.

Any takers?
