Hi Rhuddlan and welcome to MWR. :)

Your log in it's present state is clean.

However, this entry tells me you're using a selective startup which may be hiding something.

Click on Start | Run and type MSConfig in the 'Run' box. When the System Configuration Utility opens, click on the 'Startup Tab' and make sure there is a checkmark beside each entry. Ensure the 'General Tab' has the "normal startup" option checked.REBOOT when asked to by Windows to complete any change and post a fresh HJT log in THIS thread please.
