Spybot recognizes but cannot remove

Spybot recognizes but cannot remove americanmedicalonline. I even reboot and it does not go away. I do not even see it in Add /Remove software. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Any way I can so a file search and delete..


Spybot says it is a RAS file.
HKEY_users\Default\remoteaccess\Profile\DialerConn
