Keep losing connection with internet

I've had techs twice at my house from Cincinnati Bell and 8 or 9 phone calls but I still keep losing internet connection. It will be ok for maybe 3 days and then when I finally get it back it will go out 3 or 4 more times that day. This has been going on for a month. My bpks was down to 220- they got it back to 2500--but now it is 800. Sure could use some help--thanks hey I tried to send hijack this file and was rejected because it was possible attack vector-what's up with that? I don't know what this means.
