Trojan

You'd think I would have learned my lesson a year ago... *sigh*. No noticeable problems other than the computer running pretty slow. My McAfee Antivirus wasn't picking anything up, but apparently after running Kaspersky it showed a couple of things. A quarantined thing called Not-a-virus:Adware and Trojan.win32.patched. Apparently in my last post the whole log wasn't posted so they closed it and told me to start another. Here is the full log. Thanks in advance (again).
