Internet Access Issues

Internet Explorer and Mozilla only get to the internet in safe mode. World of Warcraft and ventilo still work. I run Trend Micro virus and spybot adware constantly and no issues. Here is my hjt.log

Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi escott,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.

• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
  1. DDS.txt
  2. Attach.txt
• Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.

Download GMER and save it your desktop:

• Extract it to your desktop and double-click GMER.exe
• Click rootkit-tab and then scan.
• Don't check
  Show All
  box while scanning in progress!
• When scanning is ready, click Copy.
• This copies log to clipboard
• Post log in your reply.

Thanks for the input. I actually got access. Trend Micro had taken over for some reason. I unistalled and the access opened up. If you have any concerns about the hijackthis log, im interested in your input.
