My spyware doctor w/ antivirus will not open. On top of that i cannot reach other helpful sites. Please help

In order for someone to analyze your HijackThis log, you must post the entire log, first line through last. The log you have posted has the header missing, which includes important information about your computer. You will need to provide us with a complete HijackThis log before we can help you.
