Cannot use Trend micro virus scan anymore

Hello I have used virus scan in the past and can no longer use it says system library missing or just runs without any progress also have cable and runs very slow cannot install router also many other ploblems believe i am infected any help would be greatly appreciated

In order for us to help you it is necessary that you provide us with a HijackThis log. A HijackThis log, as well as other logs that may be requested, provide us with a guideline for removing whatever malware is infecting your system. We cannot proceed without such logs for guidance.
