Hi,

the problem started yesterday. I started getting lots of popups saying I needed to buy antivirus software as there were infected files on my computer. It was WinPC Antivirus. I got some antivirus software (Stopzilla) and it seemed to sort it out. But today I've realised that when I am in Google, any link I click on takes me to windowsclick in a new window. If I paste the address in the toolbar I can view the site, but otherwise I can't navigate around.

A friend suggested AVG, Spybot SD and Ad-Adware. I ran AVG and Ad-Adware, but was unable to run Spybot SD.

I have changed passwords for bank etc on a different computer, and would like to clean up my computer before I use it for secure work.

Any ideas?!

Thanks a lot
