Hi

I have a Dell Inspiron Laptop, Windows XP SP3, 1.6Ghz, 1gb RAM. The performance has degraded so badly over the past few weeks it is almost at a standstill. I have McAfee Security Centre loaded and Spybot Search & Destroy 1.6.2 but there is nothing obvious showing up. Can you help?

Thanks
