Need help analyizing HJT Log

Helped a firiend clean up her computer. Installed, updated and scanned with Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, MS Anti Spyware, Spyware Docotor, Spyware Blaster, IE Spyad, Mcafee Anti Virus. Spyware Doctor found 175 iinfections, mostly tracking cookies. Also found 5 or 6 high risk infections such as CWS, Specific911 Hijacker, can't remember the others. Spyware Doctor says it removed all of the infections. Ran all again and it came out clean.
Would appreciate if someone you analyze her HJT Log.

2) Next, "Enable all protection".
3) Exit the program.
