PLEASE HELP ME GET RID OF THIS

have tried everything I can find , I believe it was a Jowspry trojan. Found Jowspry and AFZ entries in the regestry and deleted. It did not get rid of this and it will not let me disable the BITS service. I normaly only have 4 maybe 5 svchost and now I have between 7-11 & Internet Explorer keeps opening multiples but not actually opening windows , just adds processes.
