Please help me with malware

I am reposting my log file, per request, in order for someone to assist me. My computer has slowed down to a crawl and whenever I search on MSN or Google my results are shown but when I click I am redirected to pages that have nothing to do with my search. So far I have run Malware Bytes and McAfee with nothing identified. Vipre has identified tracking cookies but nothing more. The following is my logfile:
