Hello, thanks for the registration. I have some issues of course.

My computer has detected a Trj/Downloader.VTK but cannot remove it. I have done a windows live update, and have used McAfee and Panda, but to no avail. Nothing will get rid of the virus. It is located in: globalroot\systemroot\system32\gxvxcrhospokqmtpfkekejeccfeiftrpirjrc.dll

It is preventing the update of any anti-virus program and sends me to ad sites when attempting to use a google link. This is a laptop and I am using a wireless router. Thanks again for your help. I will provide any additional information if necessary.
