Trojan.BHO Problem

Keeps returning after being found by Malware Bytes Antimalware. Keeps affecting my computer in odd ways, At first took my desktop icons, slower, disabled printer. Every time I run Malware Bytes it finds Trojan.BHO usually 2 then says restart to complete removal and then they're back when I rerun. I had previously tried Superantispyware, and have Mcaffee running. Nothing works. Thanks In advance for any help.
