PC is in POOR condition

Hi, I'm taking a PC Security class and cannot get my computer's cleaned up. I have ran HJT and attached is the notepad. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreaciated. Hopefully, when we get this one up and going a new speeds I would like to fix the other computer.
