REMOVED HIJACK TROJAN; COMPUTER STILL NOT RIGHT - NEED HELP

I have run the following programs: McAfee Virus scan, Super AntiSpyware Professional, Malwarebytes AntiMalware and Windows Live Safety Scan. Some spyware was found and removed and the hijack trojan was found and cleaned but things are still not working correctly (or as they were). The main problems I am seeing are; several icons that I used to see in my task bar upon starting are no longer present (McAfee and SuperAntiSpyware). It appears the programs are running, but the icons are missing. I use Quickbooks for my company software and it is bombing very often. I use Mozilla Firefox mainly for my browser (I also have Explorer) and that is also having problems and bombing. Below is the HijackThis log. Thank you for helping! I couldn't afford to continue with things as they were, so I resorted to paying McAfee to fix my problem. In my opinion they do charge too much for this service. I am already a paying subscriber to their suite of software and since I have always keep current with their updates and "something" got through, I think they should just fix the issue....but hey that's just my opinion.
