Please help, I'm infected

Dear Helper

My computer is infected and it doesn't allow me to run Avast or HJT (I had to trick it following the guidelines on this site)
I have tried some online virus scans with little success.
I would be really grateful for any help.

REMOVE P2P PROGRAMS

IMPORTANT I notice there are signs of one or more P2P (Person to Person) File Sharing Programs on your computer.

Please read the Guidelines for P2P Programs where we explain why it's not a good idea to have them and why we don't allow them here.

Note: Even if you are using a "safe" P2P program, it is only the program that is safe. You will be sharing files from uncertified sources, and these are often infected. The bad guys use P2P filesharing as a major conduit to spread their wares.

Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the programs listed above (in red) NOW along with any other P2P program.

• Double click the tool to run it.
• A black Screen will open, just read the contents and do nothing.
• When the tool finish it will open 2 reports.
• Copy/paste both reports back here and remove DDS from your desktop.
