My laptop showing Blackscreen!!kindly resolve!!

The moment i turn-on my laptop my screen is just Black with white cursor..I'm using my taptop with windows task manager by pressing ctrl+Alt+Delete.....Here i'm posting my post link...kindly Help me out...
