I often get pop up IE windows saying I should install Virus Remover 2009 or some other annoying virus software remover which are all I understand are viruses.

Then I have freddy39 and ld02 running and I googled them up and seems like they are trouble too. I am not entirely sure how to go about fixing these things. Any help would be much appreciated.
