Win32rootkit.tdss & spyware protect 2009

Help,
I've been infected with the win32rootkit.tdss. Earlier today I was infected with the spyware protect 2009 however I think I may have solved that problem. Ad-Aware had turned up the .TDSS file but can't seem to clean it. Judging from past posts I should paste a log into the post however I do not know how to do that.
