I heep help accessing C Drive

I've had/have the Trojan.DNSchanger virus and had/have the FalseAlert.GV trojan. I've tried my best to get these removed and so far seem to have them except for the FalseAlert.GV. My problem now is that I can't access my C Drive. This is the message I get when I try to open it from Start>My Computer> Local Drive (C)

Windows cannot find RECYCLER\S-9-3-47-100012998-100012079-100000294-9304.com
