I ran 5 different spyware removers! Trojan STILL THERE!

I have ran malwarebytes, spybot, adaware, superspyware remover, spyware doctor. They all have removed some trojans. Now there are trojans still on my computer they do not find. Superspyware remover finds them but cannot remove them for some reason. There are 2 it says. I dont know what else to do.
