more viruses detected, BitDefender cannot clean!

Hi, My BitDefender report me that I'm infected with more viruses, but it cannot clean them. The problem is that everything I do, a pop-up message appear and say "virus found"... cannot delete, cannot clean and move it to carantine. My carantine is full!
The viruses are: Generic.Virtob.2, BehavesLike:Win32.ExplorerHijack, Trojan,Generic, Trojan.Downloader.LoadAdv.ABW, etc.
