Running Windows Xp Pro x64. High Spec Machine but very slow

Hi, My pc has 8 Gb of Ram and ihas a Core2Duo processor, a GEforce 8500T Graphics card and i'm running Windows Xp Pro x64, but just seems to chug along very slowly. I've posted a Hijack this log file, to find out if this show's the problem. Can anyone help please?

OTViewIt

1. Please download OTViewIt and save it to your desktop.
2. Double click on OTViewIt.exe to run it.
3. Click on the Run Scan button at the top left hand corner.
4. OTViewIt will start running. When done, 2 Notepad files will open. Please post the contents of these 2 files in your next reply. 1 log per reply please.
