Computer CPU usage is higher than normal

After downloading some torrents my CPU usage is up higher than normal. I noticed that SearchFiltherHost.exe, SearchIndexer.exe, and Search ProtocalHost.exe are all running, when I have not seen them running before.

Are these files corrupt?
