Internet connection with random slowdowns

Hi, I can connect to the internet though a wireless router. I scanned my laptop with Kaspersky and it discovered a couple of viruses which I removed. Also, I used Ad-aware to remove the spyware infecting my computer.

When I connect to the internet, I experience random slowdowns where the speed will not exceed 1 KB/s. Here is my hijackthis log:
